As a certified home stager and licensed realtor, I provide dual roles for my clients. As a realtor, its my job to inspect the house and identify repairs that are needed. As a home stager, its my job to design, decorate and showcase the home. I have a vested interest in both: to obtain the highest sales price possible and to facilitate a hassle free sales and inspection process.
